Budgeting in Funds Management

Hi

I am new to Funds Management. Can anybody give me the configuration steps for introducing Budgets. FM is already being used in the project without budgets but wef 1 April, client wants to upload budgets at Funds Center and commitment item level and monitor the funds availability.

Can any one guide me how to start with the configuration. Detailed documentation and steps of configuration will be of great help.
