Could not establish connection to Services Registry

Hi,

we are using PI 7.11.

I have configured the services registry as described in the documentation.

Now i want to publish a sender agreement in the integration builder to the services registry.

But i will get the following error message.

Could not establish connection to Services Registry; configure connection to Services Registry in SAP NetWeaver Administrator and try again

I have checked the documenataion serveral times but i can not find a reason.

So i hope, someone here can help me.
