Hi,
As per this Note 1034902 - FAQ: BMC AppSight for SAP Client Diagnostics
"No dedicated server is required. You can install all components on a workstation."
Note 1034901 - Installation of "BMC AppSight for SAP Client Diagnostics" also talks about having no dedicated server.
now my query is if I have i do not have dedicated server and all my analyst install console on their workstations, then how will black box send the recordings to console and to which console will it send the data?

Now i have installed both client diag and black box on workstation.
Now iam not sure on how can i use this. do any one have any document on how to use BMC appsight?

there are couple notes guide you, but the summary is this,
make a right click on the BlackBox icon in the system tray and choose "Apply Recording Profile". Select the Recording Profile that you were provided by SAP Support and confirm with OK.
Now the BlackBox is ready to record your application. It will start recording when the process of the application that should be recorded is started.
Now start the application and reproduce the problem.
Once you have reproduced the problem please make a right click on the BlackBox icon in the system tray and choose "Exit". The BlackBox will then ask you if you wish to save the recording. Choose "Yes" and save the file name to your harddisk

You meant, the workflow for BMC appsight analysis traces? I like to clarify BMC appsight helps to record your client side like a normal recorder. BMCappsight has itself two partsAppSight Blackbox and AppSight console. Blackbox is to record the activities and Console is to analyse them.

Normally Customer reproduces the problem and traces it using a BlackBox with a recording profile provided by SAP.you want this flow
