03 inspection type QM

Hi

For in process inspection(03); How do we know which inspection lot is crteated for which operation when we see inspection lots in QA32 ?

Plz let me know ?

03 inspection lot is created at Production order header level. so there is no separate IL for each production order operation.

To search inspection lot for given production order use any one of these methods

1. in QA33, use dynamic selection, (production --> order)

Now you can enter production order # in the selection criteria of QA33.

2. Using SQVI, table AFKO -PRUEFLOS - is inspection lot. You can select either by order # or inspection lot #

please note: Each inspection lot can have one or more operation (based on the inspection plan) but all of them refer to same inspection lot or production order.

You will have only one lot created for all the operations against production order. In QA32, once you select the lot and hit the results button, you will see the list of operations in the pop up box where you have to select the appropriate one.

If you go to production order you can a lot is created starting with "3" ....then if you go to QA32 & execute with material & inspection type then you will get inspection lot.

Now you are not creating the inspection lot operation wise....A lot is created for a Material with number of operations.
