Sending sales order blocked by credit check message to external mail

Hi

Sap standard output type is used KRML is used for sending mail in sap inbox when sales order is blocked by credit check. The output type is set up with medium 7 u201C Simple mailu201D (application V1, program RSNASTSO, form routine SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF_VX in table TNAPR). This creates the following message in the SAP inbox:

Order <sales order no> has been blocked by credit check.

Now I want to send the same message to external mail id, How can I configure the system to do so? Do i need to do workflow for this?Please suggest how to achieve this

Hi

Set the requirement 9 (009) 'Sales order is blocked due to credit' in output determination procedure to avoid send it.
