No visualization approvers in SRM web

Hi,

I am new of SRM.

I have created a custom wf in order to approve of po; wf sendes correctly workitem but, in SRM web, on po, in the section Approver, i don't see the name of approvers.

any idea?

Hi

If It is your custom design workflow you need to add the prefix "US" to all userid and also give the name of the approver.

Example

USDirector David Director

THe prefic US is necessary .

Hi,

in the Approvers section, it is possible to see who has received the workitem for the approval of po.

After the installation of SP09, I do not see more this information.

I don't know if note 930750 is good because:

930750:

This is a program error caused by Note 842969

implement the correction instructions if Note 842969 exists in your system.

but i haven't implemented this note.
