Dear Team,
How to restrick user to see other user job in SM37.Mostly user run own job in Background .But other user are able to see that users jobs.
How to restrick to see other users job in SM37

You can't.. If you have access to SM37, you can see all jobs from all users.

There is no such option, restricting by user name in SM37.
Why you wanted to maintain that auth. in system.
