"Shop For' funcationality not returning any Values

Hi Gurus,

We are using SRM 4.0.

After logging into the EBP portal, In the Default Settings for Items within the Shop (Extended Form) / BBPSC01, there is a option using which one can "Shop For" others.

The user goes to the "Find Requester" screen by clicking on the "Shop For" drop down list.

The issue is that the Find Requester is not returning any values.

In the developement environment it is returning values but in the production environment it is giving a message "No values found"

Dear Mehul,

Please check if the buyer id with which you have logged on has any value defined for the attribute 'requester ID'.

go to ppoma and check the attribute value for the same. It can be a particular user id (for which the buyer can shop for) or org unit (the buyer can shop for all the users in the org unit).
