Going to implement SRM-MDM Catalog Newly

Hi,

I am going work on SRM-MDM Catalog Implementation which is sap standard implementation we are going to follow.

1). what are the important things that we need to consider while implementing SRM-MDM Catalog.

2). what are major things need to give important while data modeling at repository?

3). what are important things need to consider at importing and mapping?

4). similarly what are the important things need to consider at Data Manager Level?

5). In the SRM-MDM Catalog.. there certain fields are mandatory.. for example.. which will used to maintain unique records, categorizing of catalog.. status fiels. item type and contract related fields and etc..

6) If any have any field level details and it's importance for SRM-MDM, Could you please share with us.
