Hi Guys
We have a problem with RF guns
If one user logs on and starts processing with a RF Gun all other users are disconnected. So only one user can actually work.
Is there any setting that limit of maximum number of users In SAP??
We have checked already with SAP BASIS team they told That server has an unlimited user license
Please help

Hi,
What RF software do you use...that is the software that's running on your RF server. The license key which is added to that server should have a "allowed number of users" on it. Check that for starters.

Hi,
Do they login to RF with same userid? If yes,you need to set multiple logins allowed for user to allow multiple logins to RF with same id.

You will have a problem if they are using the same User name (SAP User) as the transfer order is assigned to the SAP user LRF_WKQU-DOCNUM. each warehouse user need a unique SAP user created for them.
