material account assignment group copy to sales order

Hi

I have defined "Account assignment group for material " in material master data > sales org 2. > grouping terms. > Acct assignment grp.

but this is not being copying in "Sales Order ".

actually i want to assign different GL account .

please guide.

answered. problem was . it was not defined on required Distribution channel

I did that VK0A.

problem is.

i have maintained "Account assignment group in material master"

but when i create sales order for that material. account assignment gorup fo material is not being copyied in Sales order > billing tab > .

I am sure once it will be copy in sales order . my requirment will be solved

Dear,

You must have entered Account Assignment group in Material Master after you saved the order.

Do remove the Material part once and put it agian it will flow in sales order. Once you make any changes in

Master data u need to make system redetermine the data then only the changes will reflect.

after changing "Material master" ( account assignment group ). Redetermination proces could not understand.

In sales order > Line item detail > Billing document > Accounting "Material Account assignment group" is "read only" . is there effect of that.
