TEchnical Information on Sap Netweaver 70

Hi ,

we are going to upgrade to ECC 60 our R/4 46C and and to BI 70 our BW 31C.

I'm looking for a Sap documenation able to list all the technical innovations (ITS integrated and his usage, webdymbpro ....)in these releases.
