Error in File to Custom IDoc

Hi All,

I am getting following error while doing File to Custom IDoc Scenario

No authorization to send IDocs with message type Z

Can any one tell how to resolve this error?

Hi Krishna,

The RFC destination that you have put in IDoc communication channel must be present in your SAP XI system, transaction SM59 also.

Please check if the user id/Password that you have given has all the authorization.

Also check the User ID and passwrord in SM59 in R3 and see if a Remote Login is possible.

There is also some configuration by which the clients are allowed / blocked from receiving Idocs from XI. Basis guys can do it for you. Please approach your basis consultant. Hopefully that helps..

Confirm with your basis guy if your user id has the sufficient rights.

Hi Krishna,

Can u pls tell me where u r seeing this error?

Also go to transaction SM58 and see if there is any dump for your RFC log.

Are you getting this issue only with the Custom IDOC or any IDOC that you are tryuing to post.?

it is an authorization issue as the log clearly states.

Hi Krishna,

Have you checked the authorizations of the user name which u r logging with to receiver sys.

this error normally comes if no proper authorizations not maintained ... (give roles say *_RFC)..

Have a look at note 150315

and important is SAP_ALL is just for test purpose ...

U have to give appropiate roles for remotely connecting
