SC deletion not deleting PR in one of the system

Hi Experts,

SRM 5 EBP 5.5, Extended Classic

We have multiple backend systems, but one/same SRM system for all the backend system.

When we delete the SC line item it delete the backend PR.

Problem: In one of our backend quality system, the deletion indicator for PR is not set when the SC is deleted.

For both the backend system, we have the same SRM system.

What could be the reason ?

Hello,

You mentioned that you have extended classic scenario. In this scenario, you can create only POs as follow on documents of shopping carts.

It is possible to create PRs from shopping carts in classic scenario.

If you have the classic scenario, run the CLEAN_REQREQ_UP manually for the cart and logical backend system in question.

Hi Ricardo,

I tried running this report Clean req req, but this didnty solve my problem.

Any further idea.

The SC is now deleted in the SRM ( This is classic scenario )
