SAP MDM 7.1 features - Out of the box CRUD for tables

two items here:

Does there exist out of the box crud /application for tables? I see web services and web dynpro features. But this seems to requiresome configuration / programming.

I have looked athe below info.

The Out of the box webservice actually do just that, they can be easily generated (through WSgenerator), it won't take more than 15-20 mins to generate one webservice, there is no programming required if you are using standard webservice.

You can use these webservice to perform CRUD operations on MDM table.
