Allocation details of the Customers (Sold to party)

Dear Guru's,

I am from Paper Industry, we have 9 Paper Mfg machines, each machine have some production capacity and based on that we give allocation of quantities region wise. Later those region allocation will be bifurcated to the Dealers(As per SAP..Sold to party) machine wise.

Now we required to moniter each Dealer wise, Machine wise Allocation Vs Offtake (Dispatches).

Kindly help me out to configure the above...

Please check concept of product allocation, search on web, yu will get good stuff, try to implement the same.
