Cancel shipment

Dear All,

outbound delivery has been created and need to cancel it. Billing has been cancelled, when perform reverse using t-code VL09, it gives error message "handling units were changed - cancellation no longer possible". Any idea what is wrong?

Hi,

You need to remove your handling units fro your shipment first and remove your any document flowing with your shipment.
