Steps followed:
1) PR is created in ECC prod 1000000262
2) Through SRM after selecting the PR we selected Collective Processing
and then transfered to sourcing cockpit. We got the green message
transfered to sourcing.
3) We tried to access the same PR in Assign Source of supply in central
function. But we could not access the the PR. The message is "No
requisition found; verify your entries ".
Any clue or solution to this Issue. ??
Thanks in advance
SK
Hi
Follow these steps:
1. Go to BBP_PD t.code in SRM and find if SC is created, as system creates a SC against the PR that is pushed to SOCO from CPPR. In BBP_PDIGP table you can find the PR that was pushed to SOCO.
2. Check SXMB_MONI in SRM, ECC and PI/XI system.
3. Check if all the steps mentioned in note 1263876 is completed.

Hi Manjunath,
In BBP_PD SC is created
In SXMB_MONI in SRM, ECC and PI/XI system everything looks ok
I am a SRM Tech Consultant Did not understand from NOTE 1263876.
When I go for "Assign Sources of Supply" under Central function
I do not get any result...I get message
"No requisition found; verify your entries "
Thanks

Hi,
I assume that in BBP_PD along with the SC you are alos able to see the PR. In the configuration for sourcing ask your functional consultant what is the configuration:
I think if the configuration is as bellow then there may be PO already created due to which you are not seeing the SC in the "Assign Source of Supply"
1. SRM Server ->Cross Application Basic settings-> Define objects in Backend system
2. SRM server->Sourcing

Mapping was incorrect. Func Consultant set it right by putting * instead of specific connection type
