How to remove personalization done on WebDynpro ABAP Application

Hi,

I have rearranged columns in Receipt View of FITV_EXPENSES webdynpro application via personalization by running it in administrator mode in SE80.

Now I want to remove this personalization. How can I do so? Please help.

Go to SICF and then

sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wd_analyze_config_user

run this service and you will get list of all the personalisation entries.

Yes entries are diplayed in XML for FITE_VC_RECEIPTS for changes i did .

to remove personalization do i need to delete xml content. Please guide .

Yes madhvika delete the entry for the component.

it will remove the personalisation done.

Hi Sarbjeet ,

I have removed the entry from FITE_VC_RECEIPTS component . However , now if i check other component where i have done personalization. i am not able to see entries . Even the botto section where XML and Implicit personalization where displayes are not coming.

Did i do any thing wrong

it wil remove the personalisation related to comp present in List of Component Personalizations

then when you delete it

it will delete all the personlisation related to that entry for that component which are shown in the below tables.

it wont do anything to the other components.

Hi,

I think you might have deleted all the personalization entries for the user. You have a possibility to filter your selection based on components,users and configurations.

Next time when you do this, make sure that the correct configuration for the component is being filtered .

Thanks Sarbjeet for making me to learn a new way :-).

Though i have not checked fully that its removing personalization or not thinking i dont want disturb other component . May be will do a testing on a custom application later .

Hi Madhvika,

If you want to disable personalization.. try this

Set parameter WDDISABLEUSERPERSONALIZATION to 'X' .
