Planning object structure 9ADFC01 was not found Error in Demand-Order Forec

Hi,

When I am accessing the path

Demand>Order Forecast Mosnitor>Order Forecast Details in SNC I am getting below errors

1)Time series error in class /SCF/CL_ICHDM_DEMANDMN_DATAAXS method /SCF/IF_ICHDMAXS_2_CNTL~SELECT

2) Planning object structure 9ADFC01 was not found .

Please let me know what needs to be done.

Hi Raghavendra

You are getting this error because planning object structure 9ADFC01 is not active.

Before you can work with a master planning object structure you must activate it.

To activate the POS follow the stpes given under the time series data management under path SPRO > SCM Basis.

Select the time series data type as DFC01.

To activate the planning object structure, select the Activate Planning Object Structure radio button. The selected time series data type determines the POS to be activated. In your case it will be 9ADFC01

Hi Praveen,

I went to below SPRO path

SPRO>SCM Basis>Time Series Data Management-->Activate TIme Series Data Type

I entered Time Series Data Type as DFC01

Checked Radio button Activate Planning Object Str

I am getting below message once I click on execute button

"Planning object structure 9ADFC01 was not found"

Hi Raghvendra,

Implement the below step:

In IMG (Transaction SPRO) perform the following steps:

Use menu entry "SCM Basis -> Order Document Management ->

Activate Settings in Order Document Management".

a) Choose activity "Activate Order Component".

Select Order Components

DRIT

DRSL

b) Choose activity "Activate Order Data Type".

Select Order Data Type DRPV on selection screen and press button

"Execute" to activate.

c) Choose activity "Activate Order Data Area".

Select Order Data Area DRPV on selection screen and

press button "Execute" to activate.

They were already active in the system (again I reactivated it).Still I am getting same error.

Try using transaction /SCA/TSDM09 to activate Planning Object Structures for TS Data Types DFC01 and INVM1. It will execute without any output. After that try going into Order Forecast Details.

Also check if SAP Note 1385244 - Order Forecast Monitor: Error in reading timeseries data is applicable for your SNC system.

Hi Somnath,

There are two time series DFC01 one with active check box ticked and one without.

When I try to reactivate it,it give first information message

"Namespace '9A' is not a valid BI namespace"

Above message is for check box "Activate Time Series Data Type"

When I click on Check box Activate Planning object structure the it give message

"Planning object structure 9ADFC01 was not found"

I checked note suggested by you and that note is all ready implemented

This issue is solved after implementing note 1326306-Missing Delivery objects in SNC.
