Hi

the settings in OSS1 are:

Saprouter at customer side

Saprouter 1

Name <hostname>

IP Address <internal_IP>

Instance no. 99

Name sapservX

IP Address <SapIPadrress>

Instance no. 99 I

If you use SNC the name is sapserv2 and the IP is 194.39.131.34

SAPNet Message Server

name: oss001

db name: o01

instance: 01

Check your settings, if these are ok. Please go to tcode SM59 and have Connection test for the RFC SAP-OSS, If you get any error please paste DEV_ROUTE file log here

Hi TJ

Below message suggests that your getting access denied from your "Route Permission Table" saprouttab.

Error Details ERROR: sapasm: route permission denied (sapapr202.usac.mmm.com to 194.39.131.

Settings for your saprouttab:

  1. Access from the local SAP Servers to SAP

P 169.10.19.* 194.39.131.34 3299

  1. Deny all other connections

D * * *

Work with settings such as these to determine which IPs and Ports are being blocked.

Regards,

Chris

Hi,

Please Cross check the following Credentials,

SAProuter at Customer Site :

saprouter1

name: sapasm - (Hostname of SAP ROUTER)

IP address: 169.10.19.150 (Cross check with specifing the private ip if that is natted with public ip)

Instance no: 99

After ensure this details, Please go to tcode SM59 and have Connection test for the RFC SAP-OSS, If you get any error please paste the Error Log.
