I have a problem with connection with SAPOSS, when I test the connection present the following message:

In my SAPNet (Tcode OSS1) I have:
SAProuter at Customer Site
saprouter1
name: sapasm
IP address: 169.10.19.150 (Ping and response)
Instance no: 99
SAProuter and SAPNet Message Server at SAP
Saprouter at SAP
Name sapserv3
IP Address 194.39.131.34 (Ping and response)
instance 99
SAPNet Message Server
name: oss001
db name: o01
instance: 01
Please help me resolve this issue. Thanks

the settings in OSS1 are:
Saprouter at customer side
Saprouter 1
Name <hostname>
IP Address <internal_IP>
Instance no. 99
Name sapservX
IP Address <SapIPadrress>
Instance no. 99 I
If you use SNC the name is sapserv2 and the IP is 194.39.131.34
SAPNet Message Server
name: oss001
db name: o01
instance: 01
Check your settings, if these are ok. Please go to tcode SM59 and have Connection test for the RFC SAP-OSS, If you get any error please paste DEV_ROUTE file log here

Please try to put OSS_RFC as user and CPIC as password in SAPOSS RFC Connection.

Below message suggests that your getting access denied from your "Route Permission Table" saprouttab.
Error Details ERROR: sapasm: route permission denied (sapapr202.usac.mmm.com to 194.39.131.
Settings for your saprouttab:
Access from the local SAP Servers to SAP
P 169.10.19.* 194.39.131.34 3299
Deny all other connections
D * * *
Work with settings such as these to determine which IPs and Ports are being blocked.

Please Cross check the following Credentials,
SAProuter at Customer Site :
saprouter1
name: sapasm - (Hostname of SAP ROUTER)
IP address: 169.10.19.150 (Cross check with specifing the private ip if that is natted with public ip)
Instance no: 99
After ensure this details, Please go to tcode SM59 and have Connection test for the RFC SAP-OSS, If you get any error please paste the Error Log.
