Hi everybody,

I have stoped the SAP system using the SAP Menu (option 1), when I hit option 2 "Work with SAP System jobs" I got the following message:

Message ID . . . . . . : CPD0020

Message . . . . : Character 'N' not valid following

string 'R3_*'. '.

Cause . . . . . : A delimiter is missing between two

values or a delimiter that is not

valid was found.

Recovery . . . : Change the character that is not

valid or if a delimiter is missing

insert one. More information on

delimiters can be found in the CL Reference manual.

My current user is SIDOFR.

Please I need some advice here.

Hi

Try run command FIXR3OWNS LIB(<KERNELLIB>), you must to run command with user QSECOFR or similar.

Hi alejovw,

Check if your environment variables are set correctly. Depending on the SAP release you are working with, they are filled using information from your profiles or from configuration files under /usr/sap/trans/config. Therefore, I propose to check your profiles in the first place.

Thomas

Dear Thomas,

We have opened a support message and the support response the following:

Please again add parameter

DIR_EXECUTABLE = /usr/sap/QAS/SYS/exe/run

to instance profile /sapmnt/QAS/profile/QAS_DVEBMGS00_CALBDDEV.

It worked.

Thanks in advance.

Hi alejo

With user SIDOFR or SIDADM run command

WRKACTJOB SBS(R3_00)

This command is the same that option 2 in menu. If you get any error please paste log here.

If not get any error the issue is in kernel, most probably is R3MAIN. You can solved this issue repatching o reinstalling kernel.
