Error while opening communication channels

Hi All,

I'm facing the following error while trying to open communication channel's in ID:

Error:

Unable to find associated SLD element for specified class (source element: SAP_XIIntegrationServer, [CreationClassName, SAP_XIIntegrationServer, string, Name, is.<servername>, string], target element class: SAP_BusinessSystem)

Please let me know if anybody has faced this kind of error.

Make sure all the PI components are registered within the SLD, also check the associations are correctly configured for the Integration Server. Check out note 764176

Hi Yamunan,

This problem occurs if there are some inconsistencies in SLD objects.......try to do Cache refresh in both ABAP and JAVA stack level and try once again.

even after that if u r not able to open the channels then you might have some some problem with Business system INTEGRATION_SERVER_<SID> in sld (to check if system is healthy or not go to tcode SLDCHECK and check if everything is perfect).

For self registration of adapter engine in SLD you need to implement SAP Note:764176 step by step.
