why it is creating dulplicate IDOC

Hi ALL,

I Have to fix article master for succssfull IDOC , I Have fixed it in we02 for particular idoc then i reprocced in bd87 .

after reproccessing IDOC , i got 32 status . then i have checked status records in we02 , i have got message below with 32 status .

*"Data contents of the segment with number 000001 were changed by: *

The original of the IDoc is stored in the system under the number 0000000001625448.

but my actuall IDOC is 1610221 with 32 status and 1625448 is with 33 status .

then here which IDOC is correct 1610221 or 1625448 .

why it is creating dulplicate IDOC .

which one i have to change status to 03 .

Dear Venu,

Its not creating a duplicate IDoc. Whenever you go to we19 to change an Idoc and reprocess it, the system will create a new Idoc. This is standard behaviour. So the new Idoc number is the one which you should consider.
