Hello All
We are using SRM 7.0 Sp02.
The offline approval email is sometimes sent to email Id of the manager maintained in SU01.
While for some users the email is sent to the email ID maintained in Business partner master record.
These users do have an email ID maintained in SU01 & still the email is going to email in BP records.
I would like to know what is the criteria used by SRM to decide which mail ID to pick up

Hi,
This is how system determine the email id of the approver.. first it will check the BP of the user.. if system is not find the one then it will try to find the email id from user master record.. the code line from 954 in the /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND program..
