All,
Is there any way to increase the character restrictions in ERM and CUP for Process and Sub Process. Or is there even a way to lengthen the width of the drop down field where you choose these attributes.
I think the limitation for ERM / CUP integration is 32 Character but when creating a role in ERM and assigning it to a process the drop down cuts off at about 28 Characters.
I would abbreviate but some of our BP and SP's are over 180 characters long!

Hi Kyle,
None of this is possible out of the box. You may be able to customize the role selection JSP page and increse the length of these fields. If you do that, any upgrade would wipe out the changes you have made.
FYI, this is not changing in AC 10.0 either.
