SAP GUI 710 : systems configured keep disappearing

I am on a company issue laptop and the SAP GUI 7.10 is installed. I had to manually configure systems in the "systems" tab. But every time I log out and log back again, the systems would be gone. It's tedious to have to configure the systems every time I log back.

I never had this issue before with numerous PCs I have used. What is wrong here?

Is your laptop on domain? If it is, then it could be rights issue.

If it is not on domain and u have the administrative rights on the laptop, then it could be a virus problem which may not be letting you save entries in the windows registry file.

If it is not the virul issue, then u may need to reinstall your GUI or update it to latest 7.10 patch level. Altough GUI 7.10 SAP's support for cutomers is almost over (12th of April 2011).
