Companion Billing or new born billing

Dear All,

Scenario 1.

can we make companion billing and the accompanied billing in a single invoice,

and

can we make the new born ( admitted) billing in a single invoice with the mother invoice.

Scenario 2.

Is it possible to make a single discharge and companion gets automatic discharged.

and

Once the mother is discharged baby gets automatic discharged.

I'll try to answer your questions:

Scenario 1.

can we make companion billing and the accompanied billing in a single invoice,

@Matias: No. One invoice per case. you could make the companion bill to be billed at patient name using third party payer o alternative payer, but in separate bills.

and

can we make the new born ( admitted) billing in a single invoice with the mother invoice.

@ Matías: The same, One invoice per case. You could make the the new born bill to be billed to the mother, but, again, in separate bills.

Scenario 2.

Is it possible to make a single discharge and companion gets automatic discharged.

@ Matias: only by a development. Call the discharge bapi BAPI_PATCASE_ADDDISCHARGE inside the badi ISH_NV2000_PAI_COMPL.

Once the mother is discharged baby gets automatic discharged.

@ Matias: you could do the same as the last point, but take into acount that not always the childs is discharged with the mother.
