Hi Experts
When calling the BAPI called BAPI_EMPLOYEE_ENQUEUE from XI 7.0, it executes successfully but fails to create the lock in transaction SM12. If possible please can you let me know how to solve this problem?

What is the release of the receiver system where you call BAPI_EMPLOYEE_ENQUEUE?
