JCO_ERROR_CONVERSION - RFC communication channel

Hi

I have encountered withe the following error in RFC communication channel while doing an RFC call from XI.

com.sap.aii.af.rfc.afcommunication.RfcAFWException: error while processing message to remote system:com.sap.aii.af.rfc.core.client.RfcClientException: could not convert request from XML to RFC:com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$ConversionException: (122) JCO_ERROR_CONVERSION: Number 33333000,000 cannot be encoded as a BCD of length 13 with 3 decimal places at field QUANTITY

There is no problem as long as the number of digits before ',' is not more than 6.

Had anyone encountred similar error? Please give your inputs.

Thanks

Ram

Hi Puneet..

I had checked the given thread. The conclusion was removing leading zeroes.

But, its not the case with the problem that i mentioned.

Thanks

Hi Ram,

Yes, even I thought about that but still referred you.

Is there any restriction in RFC data definition ?

Did you check for some notes in Service market place ?
