i need to name of the table that holds the name of the users that activited a contract , and the fields that link it to the contract table "vicncn"

you may try to get the name out of table JCDS.
VICNCN-OBJNR = JCDS-OBJNR
STAT = '0064'
INACT = ' '
USNAM <<< name of the user that activated the contract.
