Dear All,
Currently, we are configuring SAP SRM 7.0 on NW 7.01
This data have been replicated from ECC to SRM successfully:
Material
Vendor
Shopping cart now can be created successfully, with material refer to ECC.
But, when a buyer open menu:
- Purchasing
-- Purchasing Documents
--- Create Documents: Purchase Requisitions
Error message: "No System found" appear.
We have maintained the following customizing:
1. Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Technical Basic Settings -> Define Backend Systems and Define Backend Systems for Product Category.
2. Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Master Data ® Define External Web Services and Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Define Objects in Backend System (Purch. Reqs, Reservations, Purch. Orders).
What may cause the error?
Any help is very appreciated.
Thank you

We have the same error with all user, even the super-admin with all role available.
Our buyer user have the following roles (i put only description):
Procurement
Purchaser Administrator
Operational Purchaser (ERP/SRM)
Manager
Buyer
Employee Self-Service
Strategic Purchaser
Operational Purchaser
Sales manager
I think the system shall appear at least. Though we can restrict the authorization.
Thanks for you help, it was helpful.
Hello,
looks like you are using Harmonized roles in SRM.
Two ways to fix this error:
1/ Change the role to SRM only role. Change Operational Purchaser (ERP/SRM) to Operational Purchaser (SRM)
2/ Check with your basis and ask them to connect the ECC with single sign-on.
If option2, the user should be able to create PR in ECC from SRM screens. Thats the beauty of SRM 7 harmonized roles.
