CFolders Collaboration in RFx

Hello SAP Experts!

In our system we'll use the purchasing scenario in SAP SRM 7.0, using CFolders 4.5 integration.

When the Purchaser clicks the button "Create" in the section Collaboration Rooms of the tab Notes and Attachments, the system automatically creates a Competitive Collaboration room.

The CFolders application is installed in a different system, not the same of SRM.

My question is: Is there a way of changing the defaults of the creation of the Collaboration Room? For example, if I want that the collaboration be created as a Collaborative Room or that the Room be created based on a template.

Hi

By standard is not possible as you can only create a new cFolder or assign to a existing cFolder.

However, i believe you can enhance the codes by creating the cFolder via referencing to a template.

You can create a new competitive collaboration using a collaboration template by first creatng a Bid template and then assigning the Collaboration template to the bid template.
