Allocation to the collective bill is not possible for payment schemes

Hi All,

This is the error i am getting while trying to create a collective bill account for BP A which already has two standard CAs both on payment schemes. Am i missing something or is there some reason which prevents creation of collective accounts with child accounts on PS.

Hey Arindam,

From your question, its not clear what exact error you are getting. I dont think, there is any problem when you asign collective to a child account which is on payment scheme.

Only standard check which SAP does, both child and parent shound be on same payment terms.

Hi Sanjoy Da,

The error is 'Allocation to the collective bill is not possible for payment schemes '. from what i gathered from other sources, CAs which are on Payment Schemes are not allowed by SAP to be collectively billed. however, i couldn't find a reason for that. Do you have any idea on this?
