I have PO number

I have PO number created for test, i need to get IDOC number and feilds values also vendor id.

How i can get it?

And in which system i have to check in ECC or in XI?.

Hi,

You can check in Both the systems i.e PI & ECC.

In PI:

1. Open Runtime WorkBench.

2. Goto Message monitoring.

3. Select as Integration engine

4. Enter the text for Search.

IN ECC:

Goto we10 transation.

Enter the Search in Field and value.

Execute the transaction, will find the IDOC.

Hi,

Go to we10 in ECC and there give all the details like name of the segment that contains the desired field for which you are searching, Name of the field being searched and other similar options. When you execute it, you will get the corresponding IDoc number.

Hi,

you can use transaction ME23N in ERP (ECC) to check those if you have the PO number

Please i need more help related to this with expensive issue.

Cannot Send EDI Copy of PO for Fax Vendors. Its SAP ECC to Hubspan purchase order Mappings.
