How to update the weight of the pallets once the PGR has been done under KR

Dear experts,

I have a situation where the company has received the pallets disfigured of their original weights, they entered the material into the storage location through returns order but:

1) Had not received the stock under return storage location

2) the disfigured pallet qty. has not been specified, only the original weight has been shown

3) Returns column under the MMBE is showing the total quantity not the disfigured qty.

What to do?

Breif description of the complete situation is as follows:

1) Material managed under batches

2) Weight got disfigured while repackaging after quality inspection

3) Weight varies with the original weight

4) They needs to be entered with their weights as they are under return storage location

5) Disfigured pallets needs to be entered into the system where system denies the receipt

6) PGR performed under KR

7) Changed weights didnu2019t appeared in the returned stock overview

8) Material got no entry under return storage location, but got entered into the unrestricted usage area.

What to do?

on the whole the company wants the changed pallet weights(from the original weights) to get entered into the system & at the same time to be maintained with the changed weights as it is. How is this possible?

Do the packaging or some kind of tolerance limit play any role over here?
