Unable to retrieve channel runtime status

Hi,

The communication channels in SAP XI Runtime Workbence of a PI system is giving the error "com.sap.aii.af.service.administration.api.AdminException: Unable to retrieve channel runtime status" .

The Adapter Engine is functioning without errors. The Exchange profile is available. The business process engine is also fine.

Please suggest as to where to investigate in order to find the cause of the problem.

HI Riya,

Try to performed CPACache refresh and check the status of the adapters in RWB.

Hi Riya,

Check the status of the Adapter engine in the Runtime WorkBench. Perform a full cache refresh and CPA cache refresh and check.

If that doesn't help you then restart the JAVA server. I hope this helps.
