Hello,
We need to handle multicountry service desk based on BP's Country. We have set-up the rule 13200137 so that country is taken into consideration.
However, when we run the notif_create, country is not taken into account. We found that though the country is stored in the BP in the function module AGS_SDK_READ_PARTNER_WFRULE the LT_CONTAINER for the field ls_bapiaddr1-country is not moved into the container.
We would like to know whether you have any solution to consider the BP's country to assign the right local support team.
