missing records after successful completion ProductActivityNotification_in

Hi Experts,

We are using the message interface ProductActivityNotification_in to import customer sales orders to SAP APO through XML files. This is a standard method suggested by SAP " Generation of Demand History for Customer Locations" http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm70/helpdata/EN/6d/eb62e157c24247a7d2d6d30d779464/frameset.htm

We have done completed the configuration in SPRO and assigned business partners to the vendor and customer. We are using the transaction SPROXY to call the message interface ProductActivityNotification_in and loeading our XML file.

On execution it completed successfully with message ": successful with empty records . Commit may be required" . After commit the message " commit wor triggered" . But there are no sales records in the DSO 9AOEMMIS. The slg1 shows all the master data is successfully validated.

can you suggest some correction steps

Thanks in Advance

Regards,

Sireesh

Hi Sireesh

First check is to look out whether you have uploaded the xml using sproxy in right proxy

sproxy-SAP SCM BASIS 7.0--http://sap.com/xi/SCMBasis/Global--Service Interfaces-ProductActivityNotification_In

As per the help link

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm70/helpdata/EN/62/8c9c599d0142ebb0cb8aa5f9bed4a6/content.htm

There are 8 steps

if system uploads the xml sucessfully ,The system writes this data to a log table.

Go to se16

/n/SAPAPO/OEMMISO for sales order(Since you are looking for sales order)

Enter the XML message ID you used in the report as MSG_ID, check whether data is written or not

If yes, then problem in 9A_APO_OEMMISO_XML_DATA data extractor

If No, then problem is with your with message ID, parties, product, locations or order ID, item ID, sales validity dates, sales quantity

So correct them and upload again

Best Regards

why do you think it should be in the DSO? did you load it there after loading the proact?

the data is stored in TSDM when you load the proact.
