Substitution in PS

Hi Experts,

I have created substitution to change the company code for the particular project profile and project definition range. But it is not working. Will you please provide the documents for the substitution use in PS.

The requirement is that -

The project definition which starts from S/0000, of particular project profile with particular company, requires to substitute the another company code.

Kindly help.

The project definition hits from the external system with incorrect company code. So, we have to change the same according to above scenario.

Try this

PROJ-PSPID IN PROJECTS AND

PROJ-PROFL = '0000001'

PROJECTS is a set - you can create it in GS01 built it on table PROJ and field PSPID and put there range S/00001 to S/99999 or S/ZZZZZ - if you have in mask alphanumeric values.

As 0000001 put the number of your project profile.
