Unable to change the status in appropriation request

Hi

I am facing problem while approving Appropriation request, due to some reason the status of the AR set to "Approved" and in general the next step it should as "Released"

But still it is showing as "Approve" in both the places and i am neither release the AR nor reject the AR

please advise how to get rid of this

This is a little difficult task to get to know where the problem is.

Did you get some message when you try to approve?
