Executing settlement

Hi Experts

Am trying to execute a settlement for an apportionable cost and am recieving the following error

List Properties of FI Account is empty for partial key 1000

Message no. RECABC014

Diagnosis

List Properties of FI Account is empty for partial key 1000. There is no corresponding entry in table TIVEXFIACCPROP

Can yu help me please.

Hi David,

please check your customizing settings for RE-specific properties to G/L account.

transaction SPRO

- Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX)

- Accounting

- FI Documents Related to RE

- Assign RE-Specific Properties to G/L Account

You have to assign a suitable account property for the accounts used for postings in the settlement.

Thank you Experts . I was able to configure and later on execute the service settlement for the apportionable costs.
