Customers requirement is to calculate the CST on Condition Types PR00 (BASIC) + ZFRE (Freight)

do it as follows
Step number condition type from to
10 PR00
20 ZFRE 10 10
30 net value 10 20
40 ZCST 30
i hope ZFRE is based on PR00

In addition to Mohits reply, u have to maintain condition records for all C-types and also maintain tax indicator for CST in Material Master.
