1)How the new field ITEM CATEGORY in Condition Table will be used in SD SALES?

2) How the new field PROFIT CENTER in condition Filed will be used in SD SALES?

Can anyone pour some light on this topic with Example?

First u need to append Item category (PSTYV) and Profit center in KOMPAZ structure then u are able to create a new condition table. and also u need to Supply the new field you defined by including the following source code line in USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP:

MOVE xxxx-PSTYV TO TKOMP-ZZPSTYV.

Check the OSS note 21040.

Hi,

That is the User exit in SAP SD.

By using item category as Filed, How we will use it in Pricing records Vk11.

1) Is it possible to price a product based on the item category.

2) Will they maintain condition records with respect to Profit center?

If so can you please mention with one example?

HI,

You can create your own condition tables through v/03. You can maintain any fields here as per your requirements. After creating condition tales you will assign them to a access sequence which is look for the most specific condition table. You will maintain Condition records in VK11 on the basis of Condition Tables created through V/03.
