Problem with External Item text

Hi,

I have a problem where the Item text typed into the SALES ORDER is not pulling through to the PACKING LIST in my PRD environment,

but it is working in my QAS environment.

Problem is the only place I know to look is VOTXN but the settings for DELIVERY ITEM texts in both are the same is there somewhere else i need to look? (I was going to look in our smartform to see if this was an output issue but the text is not being pulled to VL01 to begin with so I'm lost again)

In VOTXN, after selecting the delivery item (radio button), go to menu Texts->Generate access in the PRD system.

Then test again by creating a new sales order->delivery.
