APD Assign Key Figures to Columns in Analysis Process to Correct Order

Using APD with a query and results are blank. Found note 751577 and troubleshooted to find out that I need to reassign the key figures of the query to the columns in the analysis process to the correct order. New to APD and need step by step instructions on how to make this change can you please provide them - thanks
