Conversion of Legacy Data to SAP for filling up the Partner Data

Hi,

For a particular output type, say ZEDI, my requirement is to to get the PARTNER data ( It should be displayed in VV13 )

The partner data should come from the legacy data. For this ,I want to convert legacy data ( from mainframe system) to SAP using Conversion programe.

Can anyone please tell me how is this possible so that I can convert the legacy data simulatenously in QA, DEV, PROD ?
