Dear's,

I need to make this scenario Applicable:-

I have demand in Distribution plant 2013 for product P-100

Two Production Plant 2011 & 2012 available to produce this Product P-100

Component 100-100 with planned delivery time 8 days for location 2011

Component 100-200 with planned delivery time 4 days for location 2012

I need CTM to choose the lowest planned delivery time

How i can make that ? procured from the vendor on time

hi,

Actually you want to prioritize the ssource of supply selection based on lead time. You can maintain the priority in T-lanes as per lead time.In this example for 2011-2013 T-lane maintain priority as 2 for the product.

And for the 2012-2013 T-lane maintain priority as 1 for the product.

Hope this will help.

CTM may do that (consider lower lead time source). Try playing around with Supply Distribution in CTM profile

CTM Profile > supply distributioin > specific product locations to push.

Alternatively try and maintian a 100% quota for the lower planned delivery time and see what happens

I am guessing from my new found knowledge and not necessarily testing.

Rami,

Planning procedure is mostly relevant just for PP/DS. If you are going to use PP/DS, in addition to CTM, then use the Planning procedure that meets your PP/DS requirements. Just about any PlngProc will work in conjunction with CTM
