Copy and paste sales order items

Good morning!

Is it possibel to copy and paste items within a sales order?

I am sorry. I´ve been too much of a simplist, so I will elaborate a bit more:

We have the variant configuration solution implemented in the subject company and I was wondering if is it possible to copy and paste ALL DATA (including, and mainly, the configuration) from an line item to another empty line.

The easiest way to do this would be to save the first item you created then go back into the order VA02 to change and do a copy with reference. the order you just saved should be available to copy. you can do this for as many line items as you want.

Yes you can copy and paste line items., please let us know what you want to copy and where you want to paste.

Hello Adriano,

Yes, if you want to copy paste the line items in sales order you can do it in following way;

After entering the few line items and now if you want to again copy those,

Then press Ctrl key and y alphabet key together ( You can see + on SAP screen) , Now do the selection across the sceen

and press Ctrl key and C aplhabet key

Now go to next line (empty line ) in your sales order item screen

and press Ctrl key and V aplhabet key. This will copy all the line items which you have selectedearlier with Crl Y key in the first step.
