Copy "Ext.Reference No." from SLFN -> SDCR -> SDMJ

Hi,

we are using the function "Help -> Create Support Message" in our productive ERP system to create

a Support Notification SLFN in our solution manager system. If the change manager create the Change Request

SDCR the "Ext.Reference No." were copied from the SLFN to SDCR. After the SDCR were authorized with

subject "Development (Implementation) the "Ext.Reference No." isn't present in the SDMJ.

How can we copy the "Ext.Reference No." from SDCR to SDMJ automaticly? Because we are using the

CRM_DNO_MONITOR sort by External Reference Number.
